Q: Do you have a retail store?
A: Unfortunately, no. But we sometimes do pop-up events from time to time, so if you follow us on any of our socials or keep up with our updates (here), you can see if we are attending any near you. :)

Q: Will there be a Order/Shipping Confirmation?

Q: Can I use multiple codes when placing my order?
A: We only allow one code per order.
Q: How can we want do a return/exchange?

A: Orders are usually processed and ship within 5-10 business days. We try to get orders fulfilled as soon as we can and if there is any delay, we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible. Note: Shipping does vary depending on shipping destination and during the holiday season. We appreciate your patience.
